this app(with the help of app store) CHEAT me MONEY!

In the app store description, it saids: "Compatible with iPad ...etc."

BUT AFTER I Purchase(even after download&install), the app tell me: "ONLY run on iPad 2 and above" !!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I can call this TOTALLY CHEAT, right?
