Ugh. I love this game, but...

Twice now Ive gotten the last shard and Zulf and left to the Bastion but before the Bastion can load the game crashes and I have to do the level over again. I want this game to have an impact on me, but it cant do that if I have to play a level over and over again to get to the next part of the game. Or at least have the game save while the loading screen is up so I wont have to keep playing the same level time after time.
